Payment

We accept Lynk and bank transfer. Orders are confirmed and prepared once payment has been received. Please send proof of payment on WhatsApp with your order number.

Pickup & delivery

Montego Bay pickup: J$500, arranged on WhatsApp.
Lucea delivery: J$500.
Islandwide by Knutsford Express: J$700 bearer fee. Courier delivery is also available; the fee is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Overseas shipping: by DHL. The cost depends on your country and parcel weight; we quote it on WhatsApp before you pay.

Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect details.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only given when there is an error on our end, for example if you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged. Please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Skin sensitivity

Please read the ingredients list before purchasing and do a patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
